OUR POLICY

D&M Cleaning’s Official Booking Policy

PAYMENTS

  • Payments must be made the same day service is provided unless discussed and approved by owner.

  • We accept Cash, Cash app, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal and checks. Checks must be written out to D&M Cleaning LLC.

TRAVEL FEE

  • Cleaning services performed outside of Angelina County are subject to a $45 travel fee.

DAY OF CLEANING

  • All services must have running water and electricity.

  • Pets are welcome to stay at home as long as they are friendly or kenneled.

  • We do take pictures of our cleaning jobs to post on our social media page. All private information (address, documents with names, etc.) and family photos will be covered with an emoji or our logo when posted to protect your privacy. If you are uncomfortable with this please let us know and we will certainly respect your choice to not have photographs taken!
